Self Defense plays a big part in the Survival Fitness Plan daily training and the self defense system created by Sam Fury is relatively easy to learn (it is a minimalist system) and highly effective. The Self Defense Series has volumes on some of the martial arts that were used as a base in the creation of Survival Fitness Self Defense, as well as the final Survival Fitness Self Defense Training Manual.
